We left at 10:30 and returned at about 7 to find that someone had hung a do not disturb sign on the handle of our door. “The hotel is great, perfect location and surprisingly quiet. The room is beautiful and big. Cleaning could be improved, though. I found some hair in the shower. It was still there after I asked for additional cleaning. My main concern is about the hotel staff. It might be that it was a bad day, but they didn’t feel much friendly. “The staff were fantastic. The food was delicious. All issues were addresses quickly. Wonderful location! Walking distance from everything we wanted to do/see. Only issue is the noisy a/c system. Thankfully, it works very well and the room was confortable, but for light sleepers, that could be a potential issue. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay and highly recommend!”
